Bryce Dessner, Nico Muhly and Sufjan Stevens: Planetarium

Progressive-pop polymaths Bryce Dessner (of the National, natch) and Sufjan Stevens team up with brash classical-music revolutionary Nico Muhly in Planetarium, an evening-length event based on the solar system. The first half of the program includes chamber works by each of the participants, played by members of yMusic and ACME; the second half features a planet-by-planet song cycle by Stevens.
