In the 12 years since its first release, emo-prog outfit Coheed and Cambria has wisely refined a successful formula, sounding properly bombastic and effortlessly hooky. The upstate New York combo revisits its second LP, 2003's In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3, a concept album (part three in a tetralogy, to be exact) that puts visceral lyrics and epic instrumentation in a sci-fi realm. It's sorta their thing.
