Endangered Blood + Skúli Sverrisson

Headlining a show presented by the shrewd curator Inside the Whale, local progressive-jazz mainstay Chris Speed leads Endangered Blood, a quartet with frequent compatriots Oscar Noriega, Trevor Dunn and Jim Black. Opening the show is Icelandic bassist-composer Skúli Sverrisson, who has worked with Laurie Anderson, Olof Arnalds and Blonde Redhead, as well as various downtown-jazz types.
