The bill for this year's Governor's Ball is basically designed for folks who wanna have fun—as in, sunburnt, hands-in-the-air, ass-in-the-air fun. Top of the bill is Girl Talk, the party-starting outfit commanded by mash-up visionary Gregg Gillis.
