Kamala Sankaram + Miguel Frasconi and David First

The eclectic music maker Kamala Sankaram has been writing a new piece every week since June 13, drawing inspiration from cartoons and Bollywood and tapping in to her vocal, accordion and electronic skills. Hear what she's come up with tonight at 8pm, where she'll perform with guitarist Drew Fleming, cellist Pat Muchmore and reed man Jeff Hudgins. At 10pm, the club will vibrate with the sounds of glass (being bowed, struck and cracked), electric guitar and electronics when Miguel Frasconi and David First share the stage.
