With Occupy Wall Street's momentum continuing to pick up, it seems like the perfect time for Juilliard Opera to bring over Sir Peter Maxwell Davies's cross-cultural opera that weaves together three stories of 20th-century protest movements. Daring maestro Anne Manson returns to lead the cast of fine young singers in a production by David Pountney—who also wrote the libretto—that features puppetry by Blind Summit Theatre.
