L.A. Guns, the West Coast sleaze-rock institution that functioned as a Guns N’ Roses farm team in the early ’80s, hits the East Village in support of 2012's Hollywood Forever. It's best not to try to unravel the band's knotty history (guitarist Tracii Guns currently heads up a "rival" version); concentrate instead on the fact that classic-era frontman Phil Lewis & Co. can still bust out a pretty damn respectable stripper-pole anthem. Hard-hitting local rock & soul outfit the Liza Colby Sound helps set the stage.
