Michael Feinberg: The Elvin Jones Project

Young-blood bassist Michael Feinberg gigs in support of his recent Sunnyside CD, The Elvin Jones Project, on which he contemplates and interrogates the effect the elemental drum master of the title had on a variety of bass men. The top-notch supporting cast includes guitarist Peter Bernstein, trumpeter Billy Buss and saxist Dayna Stephens, with Billy Drummond starring in the drummer role.
