Morgan Heritage + Kes the Band + The Mighty Sparrow

Now in its 31st season, the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Concert Series presents its Caribbean night, this year with Jamaican reggae crew Morgan Heritage—touting a new album, Here Come the Kings—in the headlining slot. Rump-shaking support comes from preeminent soca outfit Kes the Band, which blends world influences, clubby beats and dirty lyrics; 77-year-old calypso veteran the Mighty Sparrow kicks things off.
