Ne(x)tworks Ensemble and JACK Quartet

Fond of exploring the relationship between composition and improvisation, the Ne(x)tworks Ensemble collaborates with the JACK Quartet on a performance of electric harp pioneer Zeena Parkins's Spellbeamed. Everyday materials collected by the musicians are used to form an animated score by Cynthia Madansky, which is sure to keep things interesting.
