New York Arabic Orchestra

Thirty musicians play classical, contemporary and popular Arabic music on a menagerie of ouds, nays, qanuns and other Arabic percussion instruments, strings, woodwinds and voices in classical, contemporary and popular Arabic music. Conductor Bassam Saba will also show off his skills as one of the world's most respected nay (reed flute) virtuosos.
