Oh! You Pretty Things: A Musical Tribute to Queen

The glittering strains of androgyny-friendly music waft their way through Le Poisson Rouge at this homage to the likes of Roxy Music, Mott the Hoople, T. Rex and David Bowie. Tonight's party—presented by Michael T, Benjamin Ickies, Twig the Wonderkid and Shien Lee—focuses on Freddie Mercury, Brian May and…those other two guys, together known as the mighty Queen. (The late Mercury would be 65 now, if you can believe it.) The night features a bevy of live acts (including 22-piece chamber outfit This Ambitious Orchestra, as well as Michael T, Eva & Her Virgins, and Tyburn Saints); burlesque by the Flying Fox, Anna Copacabana and the Rachel Klein Productions; and DJ action from Mr. Wonderkid, Glamourpuss and Miz Margo.
