Opeth + Katatonia

Time Out says

Opeth singer-guitarist Mikael Âkerfeldt has worn his vintage prog-rock fetish on his sleeve for so long that Heritage, the band's new album on Roadrunner, doesn't come as such a surprise. Foregoing almost entirely the death-metal crunch and growl of the group's salad years, the disc finds Opeth playing long, loose and even jazzy at times, a condition surely abetted by mixing-board collaborator Steven Wilson of Porcupine Tree. Sharing the bill is Katatonia, a like-minded handful of proggy Swedes whose 2009 LP, Night Is the New Day, is a career high.
