Robert Glasper Trio

Pianist Robert Glasper punctuates his latest CD, Double Booked, with a pair of voice-mail messages complaining about conflicting engagements for his hip-hop and jazz combos. Glasper divides the set into what would once have been LP sides: The acoustic side is fire; the electric side varies more, but you've got to admire Glasper's creativity. Expect the boppishness to reign here.
