Russell Malone Quartet

Once upon a time, Russell Malone was the guitarist of choice for both Harry Connick Jr. and Diana Krall. What those singers' fans didn't know is that on his own, he's much more blues-dripping fire starter than smooth accompanist. His band this weekend includes pianist Rick Germanson, bassist Gerald Cannon and drummer Willie Jones III, the same band heard on his new CD, Love Looks Good on You.
