Shpongle Presents The Masquerade

Shpongle—consisting of Simon Posford and Raja Ram—is an English DJ duo whose ambient psy-trance combines world-music instrumentals (such as Moroccan drums) with the whir-pop-buzz of electronica. Add to that psychedelic projections synced with the audio, and you get a head trip you won’t soon forget (unless short-term memory is no longer your strong suit). Although Posford will be playing solo at "the Masquerade," the outfit’s single NYC tour stop, support from EOTO and Phutureprimitive means you’ll still get plenty of bang for your blunt.
