Still best known for his early-'90s hits "Walking in Memphis" and "True Companion," soulful Cleveland singer-songwriter Marc Cohn recently released Listening Booth: 1970. We can't help but wonder whether an all-covers concept album suggests writer's block, but we have no problem with hearing songs like "Wild World," "Maybe I'm Amazed" and "Into the Mystic" respun in Cohn's sandy tones.
