The Psychedelic Furs + The Tom Tom Club + Maniac

The Psychedelic Furs may be best known for their 1981 song “Pretty in Pink,” which featured in the late John Hughes's 1986 teen soap opera. The Furs’ Richard Butler has always had a knack for combining edgy, enigmatic poses and often inscrutable lyrics with fine pop hooks. Tonight the band returns in the company of another newly reinvigorated ’80s crew, the Tom Tom Club, featuring ex–Talking Heads Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz.
