The Silent League + Arms + Thunder and Lightning + Inlets

Brooklyn’s the Silent League continues to commit itself to artful, understated chamber pop. The band’s latest, But You’ve Always Been the Caretaker, comes off like the soundtrack to a wistful indie-rock musical (a good thing.) Ace support comes from Arms, the dreamy, shoegazey band formed by Todd Goldstein, post–Harlem Shakes, and from folky My Brightest Diamond collaborator Sebastian Krueger as Inlets.
