Wordless Music and Signal

This is as close to rock & roll as we get over here on the Classical pages, folks. New-music visionaries Signal and the Wordless Music Orchestra join forces for New York premieres of Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood's longest orchestral work to date Doghouse and Philip Glass's Symphony No. 4, which is based on David Bowie's legendary album Heroes. Ligeti's edgy Chamber Concerto rounds out this ultra-hip evening.
