Happy Primary Election Day, New York! If voting for the sake of improving your community isn't a good enough reason to place your ballot today, here’s a another: You receive a cool “I Voted” sticker!

It is the must-have accessory of the season.

Last year, New Yorkers were asked to vote on a badge of honor designed by local artists. The winning creation, made by Bronxville residents Marie Dagata and Scott Heinz, represents each of the city’s five boroughs connected by subway lines. The routes unite within the “O,” which signifies the voting booth. It’s pretty snazzy, and we love the sentiment.

It seems like our fellow voters—and even a few canines—do too. Many of you have taken to Instagram to proudly show off the sticker (and in doing so have wonderfully spread awareness about voting). Check out some of our favorite postings below. The polls are open now through 9pm this evening. Don't miss your chance to make a difference!
