Sample Thomas Keller’s food for far less than it costs at Per Se. Though an open café setting in the middle of a mall in Columbus Circle is less than ideal, the fantastic sandwiches, salads and quiches make it worth braving the boisterous atmosphere. Sammies, around $13 a pop, are impeccably plated (though portions can be small), wine is available by the bottle or carafe, and impatient types can buy everything on the menu at the storefront across the way.

I am repulsed that this bakery makes dog treats with foie gra. The animals are force fed until they have painful liver disease. They live terrible lives and have terrible deaths. WHY? Why do you make this cruelty laden dog treat? I will be sure not to frequent your bakery until all your products are cruelty free. I will share this information with my friends. Shame on you. i gave you one star in order to send this email. you get no stars from me.
