Nicky's Pho (CLOSED)

The family behind the banh mi chainlet Nicky's Sandwiches branches out to soups with their fourth restaurant, an 18-seat East Village pho shop. Choose your noodle (traditional rice stick, angel hair or vermicelli) and protein (beef, chicken, pork, tofu or shrimp) to add to the classic bowl of spiced beef stock. Sandwiches are a no-show at this location, but you will find rolls, salads and the clan's favorite dish to eat at home: Vietnamese ham, ground pork and shrimp mixed with rice-stick noodles and served with a small bowl of broth.
