Time Out says

The Cambodian sandwich chain spins off a fourth location in lunchtime mecca Chelsea Market. Along with Num Pang's usual spread, the graffiti-covered counter debuts two exclusive sammies: coriander-crusted roast beef topped with pickled celery root and turnips; and cashew-studded chicken salad with Thai basil, jalapeño, and pickled radish. Loosen up with '80s hip-hop beats while you dig into that chili mayo-drenched bahn mi.

I love Num Pang for a number of reasons - it's unique (Cambodian-style food), it's casual, it's not too expensive, and the food is delicious! All the food is casual by mixing American staples with Cambodian styles to bring a new taste to food in the city, and all of the food is really fresh! I love this location simply because it's in Chelsea. The stand is pretty small though, but they move quick.

Num Pang is a Cambodian/Vietnamese fusion restaurant done right. The Banh-mi style sandwiches are small, but extremely filling. All of the ingredients they use are true to what one would find in Southeast Asian cuisine. I recommend any of the sandwiches with pork in them!
