Since 1999, Delaware’s Dogfish Head brewery has worked with molecular archaeologist Dr. Patrick McGovern to create throwback brews for its Ancient Ales series. Sample four of them, including a newly developed Viking-inspired beer, at this educational tasting, which will feature a talk by Dr. McGovern on researching historical suds.
