Get a free workout in thanks to the Meatpacking BID's and the Wellth Collective's al fresco fitness series consisting of three free 45-minute classes, including yoga, boot camp, dance cardio boxing, pilates and more, every Tuesday night now through August 30 (except for July 5).The Sweat Sessions will take place at Hudson River Park’s 14th Street Park, located on 10th Avenue between 14th and 15th streets and classes begin at 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm (each class is 45 minutes). Come in your workout clothes and bring your own mats! Don't be late—arrivals after 10 minutes will not be permitted.
