Maria Callas: Letters and Memoirs

For one night only, the prominent Italian actor Monica Bellucci—whose résumé ranges from The Passion of the Christ to two Matrix films and the James Bond movie Spectre—plays the peerless dramatic soprano Maria Callas in a solo show by Callas expert Tom Volf, who also directs the show. The text is drawn from the diva's previously unpublished writings and correspondence, as compiled by Volf; the Wordless Music Orchestra provides musical accompaniment.
