The New Ohio mounts a minifestival of four works-in-progress, presented live and via livestream: The Mill's Untitled Ukraine Project (February 1, 2), adapted from short stories by Ukrainian writer Yevgenia Belorusets; Jaime Sunwoo and Free Rein Projects' Embodied (February 4, 5), compiled from interviews about racial identity; Caborca's Rubalee (February 8, 9), a choral musical about a whale, sung over black-metal percussion; and Deniz Khateri and Bahar Royaee's Longing Lights (February 11, 12), a meditative look at a Persian Sufi woman.
