The Beggar's Opera

Medicine Show Theatre Ensemble's Barbara Vann has an old Gay time directing a rare fully staged revival of John Gay's scabrous 1728 musical satire, the inspiration for Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill's The Threepenny Opera two centuries later.
