This spacious restaurant opens in the lower reaches of Hell's Kitchen. On one side, a bright café offers daily selections like roasted lamb and French-dip sandwiches, as well as house-baked goodies—baguettes, croissants, muffins and napoleons—etched on a chalkboard menu. On the other, a dining room, outfitted with orchids and a faux-grass–covered wall, turns out pizzas and more-composed plates, like salmon with cream sorrel sauce and veal osso bucco with couscous and chickpeas.
