Alison Knowles: “Make a Salad”

Enter at Tenth Ave at 16th St. Consume the tenets of Earth Day along with some leafy greens at this interactive performance. Fluxus artist Alison Knowles, known for her piece Identical Lunch, will prepare a large salad and serve it to her audience to promote environmentalism. Knowles’s daughter Jessica Higgins will help with the prep and her son-in-law Joshua Selman will provide chopping music.
