Cicada Movie Festival

The Staten Island Museum invites you to submit homemade films (max 13 minutes; application fee $15) about the trendiest topic from earlier this year: cicadas. If you missed the Sept 7 deadline, you can still check out the top selections in three categories: Cicada Monster Movie Homage, Cicada Drama or Comedy, and Cicada Documentary at tonight’s screening.
