The American Museum of Natural History has teamed up with the American Repertory Theater at Harvard University for a live musical theater event honoring Herman Melville's epic novel. Tony-nominated composer Dave Malloy and Tony-winning director Rachel Chavkin have reimagined Melville's work for a modern audience through this immersive performance under the enormous whale in the museum's Milstein Hall of Ocean Life. Much like the great white whale of lore, this performance will be tough to catch as it will be staged only on these two evenings.
