Intelligence Squared U.S. Debate Series: "Better Elected Islamists than Dictators"

At this edition of the lively Intelligence Squared debate series, two think tank fellows, Reuel Marc Gerecht and Brian Katulis, argue in favor of supporting Middle East democracies. On the other side, Middle East Forum president Daniel Pipes and American Islamic Forum for Democracy president Dr. Zuhdi Jasser respectfully disagree with the motion. Audience members will get a chance to register their opinion before the debate starts, then again at the end, to see which side was more persuasive.
