Jump Rope Girls

Journalist Susan Hartman first reported 23 years ago on the story of four young jump-rope enthusiasts who lived on her Brooklyn block. The writer’s most recent follow-up with the women was the subejct of two short docs, which will be shown tonight. You’ll also get a look at photographs by shooters such as Magnum’s Peter van Agtmael. A Q&A with the women concludes the evening.
