Nana Funo: The Fish Glitters as its Scales Tremble

The Japanese artist’s fascination with decorative patterns, animals, plants, figures and written character are shown in her acrylic paintings. Ranging from 40cm by 40cm works to a huge six-metre long piece, the intricate landscapes depicted in them are all inspired by her own worldviews and emotions.
