A collaboration between Indonesian artist Nasirun and Tanada Koji from Japan, the exhibition reflects on the artists’ visits to Japan’s Mount Koya and the Borobodur temple in Indonesia. While Nasirun works with Javanese traditional shadow puppets and Koji with wood carving, both artists aim to illustrate their spiritual experiences upon visiting the monuments.
