Time Out says

The Guinness Great Grill Out returns to Singapore this November after a two-year pause. The Irish-inspired event promises to be bigger and better than ever when it takes place on November 5 and 6 at Gillman Barracks. Expect two days of barbecue by top restaurants, an exclusive dinner, eating competition and so much more.

Highlights from this year’s outdoor festival involve flamed-cooked dishes by various barbecue joints and smokehouses. Think Meatsmith’s famed cheeseburger, Two Men Bagel House’s roast pork bagel sandwich, and Red Eye Smokehouse’s smoked meats. Barbecue food lovers can also get tips during masterclasses with celebrity chefs Andrew Walsh, Dave Pynt and Bjorn Shen. Techniques for dishes like roast chicken and beef and Guinness pie will be shared at the event

Take part in the Spicy Sausage Challenge – involving six levels that, of course, grow increasingly hotter – and the winner will emerge as The Chilli King of The Guinness Great Grill Out. Meanwhile, The Chef’s Table is the most exclusive event. The five-course tasting experience is run by head chef and Butcher Boy owner Andrew Walsh, together with Guinness beer food ambassador, Ian Colgan. Priced at $120 per pax, the menu will offer Irish and Asian flavours like Irish oyster dumplings with Thai green chilli sauce and laksa dumplings, paired with special Guinness brews such as the Guinness open gate brewery bubble tea inspired stout. A host of entertaining activities and live music will also be at the event.

Celebrate your love for Guinness and food by purchasing tickets here. One complimentary pint is included. Dishes, on the other hand, are sold separately.

Leading up the event, Guinness has joined forces with restaurants for special limited-time offerings. Venues like Butcher Boy, Hopscotch and The Summerhouse will serve Guinness-inspired dishes now till October 30. Don’t miss out on this one.
