Melati Pop-up Bar

Swearing off alcohol? Not a problem. You can still get in the festivities and raise a toast with a non-alcoholic tipple or two. Melati, a non-alcoholic aperitif which comes made with restorative botanicals, will be used to shake and stir up a series of non-boozy libations at The Dragon Chamber. Try the Melati Spritz ($12) made with grapefruit spritz and cucumber, or try the Spiced Nogoroni, which comes with decaf coffee and spiced juniper poured over ice. Hot tip: the pop-up bar will give away a free Melati cocktail for the first 20 guests every night.
