Operation Dagger collaboration with Cerana Honey

In collaboration with artisanal honey producers Cerana Honey, Operation Dagger is offering a one-day-only four-course tasting menu featuring handcrafted cocktails. Showcasing a unique approach to all things honey, the evening’s drink creations include The Truffle, a truffle honey blend with a mix of mandarin, coriander and white chocolate; Milk & Honey, a sweet concoction of coconut blossom honey, fig leaf milk and tonka beans; and Carrot Pollen that shakes up pan-fried baby carrots, bee pollen and sour cream.
