While some bars in Singapore are now open for business, not everyone might feel comfortable drinking beyond the comforts of home just yet. Origin Bar understands that, and the rum specialist has created a way for you to learn more about rum while enjoying a tipple.
On Thursday (June 25) at 7pm, Origin's bar manager Adam Bursik joins Arthur Morbois, the general manager of La Maison Du Whisky. Arthur is also the creator of the Transcontinental Rum Line (TCRL), a collection of quality rums inspired by trips between the New World and the Old Continent by traders. The two are hosting a live tasting Zoom session ($88), where you also get four 25ml tasting portions of TCRL rum, two tasting glasses, one cocktail shaker set and a DIY welcome cocktail.
