Join guest chef Charles Feng from Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai, as he whips up an array of Shanghainese-style dishes, which include minced cod fillet soup with black fungus and mung bean vermicelli, sautéed river shrimp with snap peas, stir-fried Shanghainese rice cakes, and more. Shanghainese cooking employs complex techniques influenced by neighbouring provinces Jiangsu and Zhejiang, with a heavy emphasis on presentation, aroma and taste. $65/person for a five-course lunch and $118/person for a seven-course dinner. Dishes are also available for à la carte orders.
