Restaurant Ember and Snorre Food team up for a meal ($120, $170 with wine pairing) to spotlight seafood from Norway. Dinner, put together by Ember's own Sufian Zain and ex-Iggy's and Fat Duck chef Markus Dybwad, is a six-course meal that includes items from Sufian's new menu for the restaurant, fresh Norwegian seafood and a halibut dish, put together by both pros.
