Oyster Night at Savanh Bistro + Lounge

Savour Fine de Claire oysters at Savanh Bistro + Lounge from 7pm onwards at just $3 a pop. Described to be less fleshy, but sweeter and juicier than other breeds, these oysters are placed in shallow clay ponds for a minimum of 28 days to lend it hints of regional French flavours. A one-for-one deal for the restaurant's draught beers, housepour wines and spirits will take place on the same day from 5pm-9pm.
