Pastry specialist Pantler has come up with their own collection of mooncakes this Mid-Autumn Festival. Handcrafted by head chef Tomoharu Morita, the snowskin mooncakes feature unique ingredients such as the low sugar white lotus with French raspberry ($58/8 pieces) and the low sugar matcha lotus and Japanese chestnut ($58/8 pieces).
