Phum Viphurit returns to Singapore again shortly after last year’s sold out show. The indie Thai singer is not a foreign face, regularly serenading us on our shores – this time at the Capitol Theatre.
This coming May, expect songs from his latest album The Greng Jai Piece. The Thai word Greng jai is the feeling of not wanting to hurt another person's feelings. The songs from the album this time also take inspiration from stories outside his own life, like the song Greng Jai Please that tackles the topic of societal conventions.
As part of his Asia and Oceania tour, he will also be playing in Taipei, Hong Kong, Manila, Tokyo, Australia, Seoul and Bangkok.
