A hip new boutique hotel is set to be the latest opening on Keong Saik. Slated to be unveiled on August 16, the intimate 45-room Hotel Soloha evokes tropical modernism that fits perfectly into the charming street. Hotel Soloha is situated right in the heart of Singapore; within proximity to popular spots such as Chinatown, Ann Siang Hill, and Maxwell Food Centre.

Inside, you'll be greeted by witty and bold interiors and artisanal furnishings. Hotel Soloha provides a refreshing burst of colour that juxtaposes against the earthy tones of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The check-in counter comes in the form of a bar-reception, which also doubles up as a hangout spot for beers, spirits and cocktails.

Room categories at the boutique hotel range from standard to suites. All rooms will be outfitted with high-end sanitary wares, plush-comfy beds, and ambient lighting scenes, ensuring modern comfort in a quaint conservation setting.

For Singaporean artists and art lovers

Hotel Soloha is a haven for both artists and art lovers alike, featuring curated tropical and forest-inspired artwork designed by local creatives. The hotel was dreamt up by interior design firm Avalon Collective and architect ASOLIDPLAN, while artworks featured in the hotel lobby, lift-shaft and rooms are by local artists Ethrisha Liaw and Danielle Tay.

Danielle Tay's Spirit of the Forest, for instance, takes visitors on a journey to a vibrant forest as they enter the elevator. Each floor has a neon spirit animal sign which extends the Soloha ethos. In the hotel's common spaces, you'll see custom-made carpets designed by local design firm TRIPPLE.

Once opened, Hotel Soloha will be a new social heartbeat in the neighbourhood. It's not only a trendy staycation spot, but the go-to place for the people who seek to "live boldly, laugh generously and travel widely."
