MOFO Spicy Omakaze Pop-up

Have an eye-watering time at the Mofo Chili pop up, put together by the chilli brand's founding sisters Monica and Foi in collaboration with Thibault de Fonscolombe. Featuring cuisine influences from Foi's childhood in Mandano and ingredients from the Celebes Sea north of Sulewesi island, expect a chilli-packed six-course dinner ($60) with dishes like skewered chicken topped with a chilli blend, and a serving of stewed squid with north Sulewesi herbs in its ink.
