Cat Welfare Society partners AVA for the annual Responsible Pet Ownership Roadshow. Besides an adoption drive, the event will also play host to a mob of at least 100 people dressed as cats in an attempt to mint an entry in the Singapore Book of Records, and a catwalk event of owners with their felines.
