Restaurant, bar and specialty coffee house all rolled into one, there’s plenty of variety at hot CBD casual dining joint, 63Celsius. Located on the ground floor of Asia Square Tower 2, there’s both indoor and alfresco seating. The eatery follows the motto ‘produce honest food without borders’, which makes for a diverse, ethnically-flavoured menu ripe for sharing. Signature dish Tuscan testaroli – a type of flat grilled pasta originating from the Lunigiana region of Italy – is a signature dish here and meat eaters will appreciate the Josper-grilled pork tenderloin. The 63Celsius coffee programme is curated by Singapore coffee veteran Tony Tan, and a collection of Australian, New Zealand and French wines have been picked out for their focus on sustainability.
